Ian Ramsey goes Dutch

Our Dutch eTwinning Project has now officially begun.  Our partners all arrived safe and sound at Ian Ramsey just before 7.30pm today and headed off with their partners for the next few days.
They will be staying with Year 8 pupils and working on a history project, creating a travel guide for a time-traveller to Victorian England.  During their stay, they shall be visiting Beamish and Preston Park among other places.
I will be blogging about it the project with pupils involved in the project here on Our Victorian Adventure.

Chez le docteur

8qF3 have been busy going to the doctor's with their illnesses.  We took photographs and then created the comic strips below and had great fun on the way!  Jacob and Ross created a wonderful comic strip inolving a severed hea, some staples and some glue.  Unfortunately you can't see this one on here...it's just our cuddly toy versions...pop up to Rm 20 to see our comic strips starring us!
