8qF5 and I are beginning to work on a new project this term. We're going to work on improving our spoken French by writing some scripts to perform on video. However, we're not going to perform in the traditional sense, as we want to put them here, on this blog so that everyone can see them. Therefore, we're going to use puppets...sock puppets be be exact!
We began work on our project yesterday by making our puppets. I broug
ht in
socks, felt, googly eyes and glue and we all got busy creating. Obviously, if you've had me as a teacher, you'll know how obsessed I am with the condition of my room, so we were very careful not to make too much mess! Amazingly, even my puppet turned out looking really good.
We are now going to move on to create some backgrounds, then write scripts and perform our conversations. We will also go onto write descriptions of our puppets (or pets, as think they are going to become)...all in French, of course.
